QUESTION: How much will it cost to ship my order?
The shipping and handling charges are included in our price. We will charge no more than the price you see listed for each item (for continental United States shipments ONLY).

QUESTION: How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. If for any reason we cannot ship your order in that timeframe, we will notify you immediately.

QUESTION: How long will a pair of orthotic insoles last?
Powerstep®’s unique design makes it more durable than an average insert, and especially more than the sockliner insole that comes with a new shoe. These sock liners can wear out in less than 3 weeks. A typical Powerstep® however, can last through more than 4 pairs of shoes! Ultra-marathoner Trishul Cherns can attest to this. He wore a single pair of Powerstep® insoles through 3100 miles, and more than 8 pairs of shoes!

QUESTION: Can I wash my Powerstep® insoles?
Yes, but not in a machine. The Powerstep®s must be hand washed to ensure no compromise in durability.

QUESTION: Can I wear my Powerstep® insoles in more than one pair of shoes?
Many people choose to alternate their Powerstep®s through multiple pairs of shoes. Because of their durability, this practice can be continued with no problems.

QUESTION: What is your "Return Policy"?
We can exchange or refund your purchases on www.run-walk-orthotics.com. However, exchanges are subject to shipping and handling charges, and refunds are subject to a restocking charge.
